Groups have a couple of options when a player has not arrived by the game's scheduled start time.

- You can have your group wait until the person arrives. In this case, you will be losing time that you are in the room, as follow-on games must begin at their scheduled times.
- Your (incomplete) group can decide to start on time. This allows those who were punctual to have the full hour experience in the escape room. When your tardy team member arrives, that person can join your game.
