Fox in a Box - Chicago brings its newest escape with head to head play!
Fox in a Box - Chicago is pleased to announce our newest escape room offering with "The Final Exam". This room has a few crucial twists from the unusual escape room. First of all, The Final Exam provides head to head action for up to 15 players at a time where 5 on 5 on 5 will contend for which is the fastest team, assuming that any of them survive. Second, Fox in a Box can bring the action to your location because The Final Exam is portable --- all we need is a conference room large enough for 20 people.
"Guests have been asking us, 'can we play the same room against each other?' since we opened doors two years ago, and we're thrilled to finally say yes", according to Fox in a Box - Chicago owner, Vincent Rubino. "And being able to take these rooms to our corporate clients while still delivering Fox in a Box game quality is awesome."
Early beta testers also really love the room. "The head to head play is really brilliant. Everyone starts working like a regular escape room, but pretty soon the players realize that they're not fully cooperative and the whole dynamic changes," Ryuta Doi, game tester comments.
Where The Final Exam really shines is for larger groups. Visiting Fox in a Box with more than 6 people meant splitting up into different rooms, and with more than 24, splitting up into different times. With The Final Exam, your group of up to 15 can play head to head in the same room; and your group of up to 40 can play at the same time. We can also handle groups of up to 80 just as comfortably as we have handled groups of up to 48.
Fox in a Box - Chicago can execute a larger scale event at your site by tuning the room to be 30, 45 or 60 minutes long. This means that Fox in a Box can support a company or division in one day for up to 90 people without leaving your site. And if you would like to run this all week, they can support up to 450 people. "We can really help out those organizations who want to do a team building event but do not want to disrupt their organization's day or have to deal with transportation logistics," points out Rubino.
"Best of all, if you are looking for the full Fox in a Box experience, your group can come to our downtown location where we now support up to 40 players at a time. A group out from University of Chicago loved their visit yesterday," according to Rubino.
Fox in a Box - Chicago offers The Final Exam by private arrangement for groups of 6-15 players who do not want to split up.
